Offline bookings (phone, email or walk-in) do not incur booking fees.

The above pricing is dependent on a “Book Now” button on the operators web site.

*$39 per month licence fee will be charged for those operators who do not wish to have a Book Now button on their website 
*$150 per month licencefee will be charged for those operators with 5 rooms or more, who do not wish to have a Book Now button on their website.

frontdesk providers are subject to a booking fee ONLY when they receive a booking and AFTER payment has been made and received into their bank account:

1. frontdesk transaction cost

  • All online bookings received via frontdesk are subject to a 5% - 6%(inc GST) Success Fee

  • Off line bookings do not incur any charge

2. Secure Online Transaction Fee (Covers Bank transaction fees)

  • 80 cents per transaction

3. Online Merchant Facility Fee (Bank Fee - charged by the Bank)

  • Allows proceeds from online sales to be placed directly into your bank account

  • Requires Online Merchant Facility (OMF) which is different to EFTPOS

  • ANZ, NAB and Commonwealth charge fees around 1% inc GST

  • Frontdesk staff can help you work through the process of establishing an OMF

4. Distributor Commission
