Subclass 457 (Temporary Business Long Stay) Scheme

This is the most commonly used program for employers to sponsor overseas workers to work in Australia on a temporary basis.

Processing times are generally quicker than the RSMS and more occupations are eligible under this scheme than are under the RSMS.
