Conditions of Entry
1. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
2. It is only possible to enter the draw once.
3. Prizes that include services are subject to guidelines specified by the sponsoring company.
4. Winners are responsible for any expenses they incur whilst preparing for or travelling in North Queensland.
5. Participation in this draw is solely at the discretion of the individual.
6. Townsville Enterprise and its stakeholders accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, omission, accident, detention, diversion or theft in regard to luggage or any personal belongings whatsoever.
7. Townsville Enterprise and its stakeholders will be exempt from all liability in respect of any contact, event, negligent act, omission, accident, personal injury, death, sickness, irregularity, loss or damage whatsoever, howsoever and by whomsoever caused.
8. The winner will be drawn on Monday 27 August 2007 and contacted by telephone and email.
9. The winners first name and suburb will be published on the Townsville Enterprise website on Tuesday 28th August 2007.
