Mercure Inn Townsville

The Mercure Inn Townsville Celsius Restaurant offers modern dining and bar options inside or on our poolside deck.  For private functions conference rooms are available for themed dinners and events.

BREAKFAST

The Celsius Restaurant offers full hot buffet and continental breakfast daily from 6am.  We can also cater for Breakfast meetings with platted or buffet breakfast in your conference room. 

LUNCH

Our options include hot buffet lunch served in our Celsius Restaurant or a working lunch can be served in the meeting room or on the verandah over looking the lush tropical garden.  The menus for lunch can be tailored to meet any dietary needs.

DINNER

Our Celsius Restaurant open from 6pm, offers an al a carte dinner menu of fine modern cuisine for small groups and in-house guests alike. Private dinners can be held in any one of our function or banquet rooms choosing from a selection of cocktail, buffet or plated menus. 

ROOM SERVICE

Room service is available from 11am to 10pm daily with light meals, snacks, mains, desserts and a children’s menu available.

ALL DAY DINNING

Our All Day Dining menu is available from Celsius Restaurant from 11am to 6pm daily with a range of light meals and snacks available for anyone visiting our facilities.

BAR

Celsius Bar is open from 4pm til late offering a selection of cocktails, mocktails, imported and local beers, wines, softdrinks and juices.
