Grand Ballroom
The pillarless ballroom seats up to 420 people banquet style, has a purpose-built stage area, audio visual systems, divides into three independent rooms and frequently hosts a range of events from plenary style conferences, cabaret shows and banquet style gala dinners. A separate convenor’s office is located in the vast pre-function area, adjacent to the ballroom.
Coral Sea Room
A versatile function space with sweeping views to Magnetic Island and the Coral Sea, seats up to 60 people banquet style and can also be divided into two separate rooms.
Sunrise Room
Perfect for any small meeting or event with seating capacity for 20 people banquet style. This room features timber plantation shutters, natural daylight and beautiful views overlooking the pool and landscaped gardens.
Boardroom
A sophisticated meeting room with antique oak board table and chairs, with inspirational views of Magnetic Island and the Coral Sea. This room seats up to 18 people board style.
Poolside Room
Located next to the lagoon-style pool, this room is perfect for breakouts or small meetings as it seats 16 people banquet style or 25 theatre style.
The Pavilion
The purpose built, permanent marquee is the newest addition to the Jupiters events space. Seating 350 people banquet style and facing the Coral Sea, this space is perfect for gala dinners, weddings and breakout sessions. The Pavilion is fully air-conditioned and enclosed, has its own bar and pre-function paved area which can hold up to 200 people cocktail style.
Poolside Terrace & Lawns
The outdoor event space with extensive lawn areas is suitable for marquees, cocktail events and team building exercises – all with the magnificent Coral Sea backdrop.
Lobby Bar
Located in the main foyer and ideal for a cocktail function or breakout space.
Essence
Located adjacent to Aqua Restaurant, Essence can cater for private functions up to 50 people banquet style. The restaurant features white plantation shutters and a modern décor.
Board Room Grand Ballroom Coral Sea Room

The formal paved area of The Pavilion will ensure that your guests are greeted in style with Magnetic Island as its backdrop. For even larger events with a tropical feel, the hotel has a dedicated space on the lawns which can accommodate up to 700 guests under a marquee. This area has stunning views towards the Coral Sea and Magnetic Island and has ample space for pre-cocktail events, poolside BBQ’s or under the stars dining.
