Imagine dinning under the watchful eyes of our predators and reef creatures? Enjoying a meal set against the backdrop of the world’s largest living coral reef aquarium. With shimmering tropical fish and stunning live coral reef galleries, the award-winning Reef HQ is a unique and versatile special events venue.

Reef HQ Aquarium cocktail events are perfect for pre-dinner drinks, an after-work wind down or even a welcome or farewell reception ceremony in spectacular style. This stand up event enables 250 guests to experience a relaxing atmosphere while enjoying quality catering and networking with fellow colleges or other guests. Reef HQ is available exclusively to you and your guests for a maximum of 2 hours, not extending beyond 8pm.

Cocktail Event rate is $11.00 per person based on minimum 60* people. * For groups of less than 60 people a flat venue hire fee of $660 applies

Reef HQ Aquarium is also ideal for exclusive stylish dinners, catering for up to 130 guests. Pre-dinner drinks can be served in the Aquarium Tunnel while viewing the Predator Exhibit. Watch our iconic predators roam their environment in this 750,000-litre tank that features a replica of the S.S. Yongala wreck. Following this pre-dinner experience is a meal set against the backdrop of the living reef exhibit; Reef HQ really does exceed expectations as a venue with a difference. Your dinner function may run until 12 midnight.

To set the scene, our underwater audio system allows the diver to talk to your guests about the Reef, the animals and even your company! Your message is presented in a novel and memorable way.

The dive rate is $495 for a maximum of one hour
