Riverway

Riverway not only offers fantastic conferencing facilities but also has a great range of pre and post touring options available for conference delegates and their partners.  You can get back to nature at Thuringowa and experience some of the River walks and Trails.

Pre and Post Touring

The Baroona Trail in the Upper Ross is an award winning trail that offers the perfect opportunity for people to get closer to the environment with its attractive boardwalks, peaceful seating areas and harmony with the surrounding environment along the Ross River.  There are also other various Riverwalks along the 3 metre wide pathway that overlook the beautiful Ross River which is home to an abundance of animal and plant species including tortoises and numerous bird species.  The Leisure Accessible Club offers views of these features of the Ross River at a peaceful pace on board their Cruises.  The Ross Dam, as well as the Northern Beaches and Paluma offer a variety of Bird species for keen bird watches.

Partners Programs

There is plenty to see and do for the partners of conference delegates from Swimming at the Riverway Lagoons to dining at the C Bar restaurant.  Shopping facilities are located adjacent to Riverway with the Willows Shoppingtown, Cannon Park and Sunland Plaza being walking distance from the venue.
