Resort Rooms	Standard motel style rooms with double bed and single or queen bed and bunks with tea/coffee making facilities.
Deluxe Resort Rooms	Higher level of appointment with queen bed and single or queen bed and two singles with tea/coffee making facilities.  All Deluxe rooms have a DVD player.
Superior Business Rooms	Recently received a stunning refurbishment, designed for comfort, luxuriously appointed with queen bed and many added extras such as flat screen TV, DVD player, bathrobes, fine selection of tea, coffee plunger and king feather pillows.
Studio Kitchenette	Studio unit with kitchenette facilities, one queen bed and one set of bunk beds.
Family Room	Unit with kitchen and divider wall separating two sleeping areas (one room with double bed, the other room has one single and one set of bunk beds).  Serviced weekly.
2 Bedroom Apartments	Full kitchen with microwave, lounge area, private balcony, two private bedrooms (one room with queen bed, the other room has one single and one set of bunk beds).
Executive Suite	Luxury suite with queen bed, spa, video, DVD and CD player.

This multi-award winning Resort is located on the corner of Marshall and Primrose Streets amongst three acres of tropical landscaped gardens, 5 minutes drive from the airport and CBD and 10 minutes walk from Townsville's premier beach "The Strand".

Since opening in 1988 Seagulls has become one of Townsville's most popular and well established retreats.  Having won the prestigious North Queensland Tourism Awards for Accommodation five times and competing strongly as a finalist on another five occasions.

Resort facilities include a licensed restaurant and bar, two large lagoon style swimming pools, tennis, barbecue, children's playground, resort shop, tour desk, off street car parking and courtesy coach to the city and local attractions.

Venue Capacity

Seagulls Resort has 3 Conference rooms available which cater for up to 100 people theatre style.  Alternatively our tropical gardens can host up to 200 people for outdoor cocktails parties or BBQ's.  Conference catering and set menus are available and Seagulls' licensed a la carte restaurant seats up to 100 people.
