Our facility offers a variety of areas to accommodate corporate lunches, board meetings, sophisticated cocktail receptions, product launches, client networking, staff social, fashion parades, conference dinners, tailored-made degustation dinners with matching food and wine, social occasions for birthdays, engagement parties, weddings and Christmas functions.

Our private cocktail receptions are accompanied with elegant canapes designed by our Executive Chef using fresh seasonal produce. We can also tailor make a menu to suit any style or budget.

Our venues at the Watermark can give exclusive use of inside, outside or the whole restaurant and tavern areas are a key attribute of the venue for cocktail receptions up to 500 guests or conference dinners up to 200 guests.  The Consortium can do a capacity of 400-500 people downstairs for an exclusive use function or smaller areas can accommodate groups of 50, 100 and 150 away from general public areas.

Our facility is equipped with 7 plasma screens and an outdoor projection screen is available. We also provide undercover parking at the rear of the venue off Mitchell Street as well as countless car spaces available along the strand at the front of the venue.
