All individuals or companies who agree to the terms of membership agrees:
- Not to enter into any business which will bring Townsville Enterprise Limited, its Board, management and members into disrepute;
- To provide reliable and consistent products and services; where possible, to provide support for the marking initiatives of Townsville Enterprise Limited;
- To remain committed to building a positive image for the North Queensland region defined as the shires of Burdekin, Cassowary Coast, Hinchinbrook, Charters Towers and the city of Townsville, including the adjacent island and the Great Barrier Reef and all places in between;
- To agree to the membership conditions outlined in the constitution available on our website www.townsvilleonline.com.au
